Trend of Accomodation Rate August 2016

The room occupancy rate (TPK) in star hotels amounted to 58.23 percent, up 1.84 points over the previous month, which amounted to 56.39 percent.

The number of guests staying in hotels are 15 017 guests, consisting of 14 796 foreign guest and 221 domestic guest. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic and foreign guests each fell 23.17 percent and 38.27 percent.

Average Length of Stay Guest (RLTM) in star hotels are 1.63 days, increasing 0.29 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay of foreign guests 0.53 days longer than domestic guests.

TPK in non-star hotels are at 26.72 percent, decreased by 4.45 points from the previous month.

The number of guests staying in non-star hotels reached 60 995 guests, consisting of 60 884 foreign guests and 111 domestic guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic and foreign guests each fell 4.25 percent and 24.30 percent.

RLTM non-star hotels recorded 1.34 days, increasing 0.05 days compared to the previous month. RLTM of domestic guests are 0.16 days longer than the foreign guests.
