During August 2017, Palangka Raya Occurred 0.12 Percent Inflation and Sampit Deflation occurred 1.09 Percent

Abstract

Of the 82 cities monitoring the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is all the provincial capitals and selected districts / cities at the national level, there are 35 cities experiencing inflation and 47 cities experienced deflation during August 2017. The highest inflation came from Lhokseumawe City of 1.09 percent while the highest deflation of Ambon City was 2.08 percent. Kalimantan Tengah Province, which is a combination of Kota Palangka Raya and Sampit, experienced a deflation of 0.32 percent with a calendar year inflation rate of 2.85 percent. Meanwhile, year-on-year inflation rate was 3.98 percent.

During August 2019, deflation occurred in Palangka Raya (0.37%) and Sampit (0.15%).

During November 2018, inflation occurred in Palangka Raya and deflation in Sampit.

During October 2017, 0.46 percent deflation occurred in Palangka Raya and 0.13 percent inflation in Sampit

During September 2017, 0.24 percent deflation occurred in Palangka Raya and 0.28 percent in Sampit.

During May 2018, inflation occurred in Palangka Raya (0.26 percent) and Sampit (0.70 percent)
