Abstract

  • Guests staying at star hotels during December 2018 amounted to 22,382 people, consisting of 22,000 people (domestic guests) and 382 people (foreign guests). In non-star hotels, there were 69,785 people, consisting of 69,708 people (domestic guests) and 77 people (foreign guests).
  • Cumulatively, the number of star hotel guests rose 12.44 percent from 242,658 (January-December 2017) to 272,851 (January-December 2018). While the number of guests in non-star hotels fell 4.27 percent, from 766,042 (January-December 2017) to 733,324 (January-December 2018).
