Abstract

Star hotel room occupancy rate (TPK) during February 2022 reached 44.97 percent, up 1.77 points compared to January 2022 which was 43.20 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.77 points to 20.73 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels increased 2.92 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.11 points.

Average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in February 2022 reached 1.90 days, while non-star hotels 1.23 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in February 2022 is 25,108 people, down 13.19 percent compared to the previous month. Amount guests staying at non-star hotels fell 16.84 percent.

March 2021: ROR for star hotels reaches 46.71% and the number of guests staying as many as 21,805 people

April 2021: ROR for star hotels 39.86%; the number of guests staying as much as 19,958 people

The ROR for star hotels during February 2024 was 43.49 percent with a total of 34,204 guests staying.

February 2023: ROR for star hotels during February 2023 reached 50,68 percent and the number of guests staying was 34.845 people
