Paddy Harvested Area and Production in Kalimantan Tengah Province 2023 (Final Figures)

Abstract

The paddy harvested area in 2023 will reach around 101,58 thousand hectares, a decrease of 6,65 thousand hectares or 6,14 percent compared to the paddy harvested area in 2022 which was 108,23 thousand hectares.

Paddy production in 2023, which is 330,78 thousand tons of GKG, has decreased by 13,14 thousand tons or 3,82 percent compared to rice production in 2022 which amounted to 343,92 thousand tons of GKG.

Rice production in 2023 for food consumption for the population will reach 196,49 thousand tons, a decrease of 7,80 thousand tons or 3,82 percent compared to rice production in 2022 which amounted to 204,29 tons.
