Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) in star hotels amounted to 62.68 percent, up 7.35 points over the previous month, which amounted to 55.33 percent. The number of guests staying in hotels as many as 17 835 people, consisting of 17 470 domestic guest and 365 foreign guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests increasing by 11.13 percent while the number of foreign visitors decreasing by 23.96 percent. Average Length of Stay Guest (RLTM) in star hotels is 1.48 days, decreasing 0.06 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay of foreign guests is 0.88 days longer than domestic guests. TPK in non-star hotels is 29.27 percent, increasing 1.55 points compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying in non-star hotels reached 60 892 people, consisting of 60 763 domestic guests and 129 foreign guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests increasing by 1.71 percent while foreign visitors decreasing by 18.66 percent. RLTM non-star hotels is 1.23 days, increasing 0.04 days compared to the previous month. RLTM of domestic guests is 0.17 days longer than the foreign guests.
