Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) in star hotels amounted to 56.39 percent, decreasing 6.29 points from the previous month which amounting to 62.68 percent. The number of guests staying in hotels are 19 615 people, consisting of 19 257 domestic guests and 358 foreign guests. Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests increasing 10.23 percent while foreign visitors fell 1.92 percent.

Average Length of Stay Guest (RLTM) in star hotels is 1.34 days, decreasing 0.14 days compared to the previous month. The average length of stay of foreign guests is 1.35 days longer than domestic guests.

TPK in non-star hotels are at 31.17 percent, up 1.90 points from the previous month. The number of guests staying in non-star hotels reached 63 732 people, consisting of 63 586 foreign guests and 146 domestic guests.

RLTM non-star hotels is recorded at 1.29 days, increasing 0.06 days compared to the previous month. RLTM of domestic guests is 0.23 days longer compared to reign guests.
