July 2021: ROR for star hotels reached 27.80% and the number of guests staying was 12,854 people.

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels during July 2021 reached 27.80 percent, down 19.38 points compared to June 2021 which was 47.18 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 4.31 points, from 20.41 percent to 16.10 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels fell 2.27 points, but non-star hotels rose 1.83 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in July 2021 reached 1.69 days, while non-star hotels were 1.14 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in July 2021 was 12,854 people, down 47.97 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also fell by 14.60 percent.

The ROR for star hotels during August 2024 was 55.20 percent, the number of guests staying at 44,308 people
