January 2022: ROR for star hotels reached 43.20 percent and the number of guests staying was 28,924 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during January 2022 reached 43.20 percent, down 8.69 points compared to December 2021 which was 51.89 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.27 points to 21.50 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 13.06 points, and non-star hotels rose 3.75 points.

The average length of stay at star hotels in January 2022 reached 1.47 days, while non-star hotels were 1.27 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in January 2022 was 28,924 people, a decrease of 15.50 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 10.67 percent.
