May 2022: TPK for star hotels during May 2022 reached 53.56 percent and the number of guests staying was 37,563 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during May 2022 reached 53.56 percent, an increase of 10.92 points compared to April 2022 which was 42.64 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 2.17 points to 20.33 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 17.33 points, and non-star hotels rose 3.07 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in May 2022 reached 1.74 days, while non-star hotels were 1.12 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in May 2022 was 37,563 people, an increase of 43.08 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 12.63 percent.

December 2022: ROR for star hotels during December 2022 reached 56.76 percent and the number of guests staying was 43,579 people

ROR for star hotels during May 2024 was 57.63 percent with the number of guests staying at 44,677 people

February 2022: ROR for star hotels during February 2022 reached 44.97 percent and the number of guests staying as many as 25,108 people.

The number of guests staying at star hotels fell to 21,683 people.
