June 2022: ROR for star hotels during May 2022 reached 54.71 percent and the number of guests staying was 35,126 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during June 2022 reached 54.71 percent, up 1.15 points compared to May 2022 which was 53.56 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 1.42 points to 21.75 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 7.53 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.34 points.

The average length of stay at star hotels in June 2022 reached 1.65 days, while non-star hotels were 1.17 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in June 2022 was 35,126 people, down 6.49 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell by 1.24 percent.

May 2021: ROR for star hotels reached 36.23 and the number of guests staying was 18,783 people

September 2022: ROR for star hotels during September 2022 reached 54.61 percent and the number of guests staying was 36,119 people.

December 2022: ROR for star hotels during December 2022 reached 56.76 percent and the number of guests staying was 43,579 people

July 2023: ROR for star hotels reached 52.99 percent and the number of guests staying was 42,700 people
