Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels during August 2022 reached 50.75 percent, down 3.58 points compared to July 2022 which was 54.33 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 2.08 points to 19.60 percent.
Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 16.37 points, and non-star hotels rose 4.10 points.
The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in August 2022 reached 1.85 days, while non-star hotels were 1.12 days.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in August 2022 was 35,012 people, down 2.55 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell by 7.39 percent.

The number of guests staying at star hotels fell to 21,683 people.

June 2023: ROR for star hotels during June 2023 reached 55.20 percent and the number of guests staying was 39,184 people
