November 2022: The ROR for star hotels during November 2022 reached 58.46 percent and the number of guests staying was 40,532 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during November 2022 reached 58.46 percent, up 0.72 points compared to October 2022 which was 57.74 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.99 points to 20.88 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 0.55 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.31 points.

The average length of stay in star hotels in November 2022 reached 1.58 days, while non-star hotels was 1.16 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in November 2022 was 40,532 people, down 12.40 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell 6.69 percent.

November 2023: ROR for star hotels during October 2023 was 56.28 percent with the number of guests staying at 39,153 people
