Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during March 2022 reached 49.56 percent, up 4.59 points compared to February 2022 which was 44.97 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.10 points to 20.83 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 2.85 points, and non-star hotels rose 1.61 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in March 2022 reached 1.76 days, while non-star hotels were 1.24 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in March 2022 was 31,497 people, an increase of 25.45 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 12.35 percent.
